Baloch murder case: Brother Wasim sentenced to life imprisonment, Mufti Abdul

murder case of Kandel Baloch The court has ordered the central accused, brother
of the victim, to be sentenced to life imprisonment The other accused Mufti
Abdul Qawi, Aslam Shaheen, Zafar Iqbal, Abdul Basit and Haq Nawaz were
acquitted on the basis of non-evidence. At the last hearing, the lawyers and
the prosecution had completed their arguments, After which the court reserved
the judgment of the case. The Kandel Baloch murder case was transferred to the
court on August 3, where the hearing took place on a daily basis Aslam Mahra,
the father of Kandel Baloch, the plaintiff of the case, named his three sons
Waseem, Arif and Aslam Shaheen along with Mufti Abdul Qawi, Haq Nawaz, Abdul
Basit and Zafar. Waseem, the main accused in the case, committed Iqbal crime by
giving self-arrest to the police the day after the murder. However, he later
turned away from his confessional statement. Her parents submitted their three
sons' forgiveness request to the court which was rejected by the court. In
2016, Pakistan's parliament passed an amendment to the honor killings after a
campaign in response to the assassination of Kandil Baloch. According to which,
the killers will be sentenced to life imprisonment or 25 years imprisonment
despite being pardoned by the relatives. Qandeel Baloch was killed in
Muzaffarabad area of Multan on the night of July 15, 2016.
